“The Marquess of Anglesey is an excellent traditional British pub. It has a nice traditional unspoiled interior. A good choice of cask conditioned real ale and other beers and lager. There was also a wide choice of wines and spirits. Quite a large spacious pub with a nice upstairs dining room with a lovely view over the city. The food is excellent proper traditional British pub Fare, an extensive menu of pies, fish, steak etc. The menu also caters for vegetarians and vegans. Downstairs it’s also a great pub just to call in for a drink.”
